Who We Are

The Talbot Alliance of Liquor Licensees is a non-profit trade organization representing the interests of independent liquor licensees in Talbot County, Maryland. We are a membership organization, and we invite all independently-owned liquor licensees to join.

What We Do

We advocate for the interests of local independent liquor licensees, presenting a strong, united voice on issues of critical business importance to our members. We advocate locally through direct interaction with the Talbot Liquor Board, the Talbot County Council, and our delegates in Annapolis. We advocate statewide through the Maryland State Licensed Beverage Association and nationally through the American Beverage Licensees.

We regularly monitor meetings of the Talbot County Liquor Board to ensure that our members are kept apprised of matters of interest - be they new license applications, changes to the Liquor Code, or enforcement actions.
